1. Order Processing Times
All physical orders placed on TiBaza are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification containing your official tracking number and a link to trace your parcel.

3. How to Check Your Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
You can also visit our Track Order page at any time to enter your Order ID, Email address, or Global Tracking Number to follow your parcel in real-time.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
TiBaza is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local clearance charges applied to your order upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact our support team immediately within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
